Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will report to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition for AECOM's Enterprise Capabilities team.

You will be responsible for understanding AECOM's hiring goals and creating effective recruitment strategies executed through a team of recruiters.

Balancing both strategic and operational skillsets, you will implement processes and programs that align with the needs of an ever-changing, evolving organization.

You will ensure a diverse pipeline of talent across the organization, foster collaborative relationships, and understand all compliance-related requirements in the regions you support.

This role will support our recruitment functions in South Africa, Romania, Spain, and Poland within our Enterprise Capabilities organization.

This role can be based in any of these locations and is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work both in a local office and virtual/telecommute.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage with leadership to develop and implement innovative strategic plans to address current and future workforce needs.
  2. Lead the local Talent Acquisition Team, including oversight of recruitment, stakeholder management, coaching, mentoring, and development to align with organizational talent needs.
  3. Own the day-to-day operations and the end-to-end process for recruitment at the regional level and complete regular process improvement assessments and create buy-in with key cross-functional partners and execute where necessary.
  4. As needed, manage a requisition load; develop and execute innovative strategies to attract diverse talent for hard-to-fill and senior leadership roles.

Leads weekly/bi-weekly review meetings with business leaders and key business partners to provide an overview of recruiting achievements as well as opportunities to improve hiring performance moving forward.
