About the Role
Viatris, a global healthcare company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the compliance program in alignment with regional and global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Compliance program in Spain, in line with the strategy set forth by the Head of Compliance Europe and Director, Europe Country Compliance – Spain and Portugal.
- Develop, initiate, maintain, and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance program and its related activities.
- Support operational departments in developing and communicating new and enhanced policies and procedures.
- Conduct periodic compliance committee meetings with the executive management team and regularly advise management on compliance risks and mitigation strategies in support of business strategy, objectives, and operations.
