Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with OEMs to understand requirements and define system architecture for electrical and electronic systems.
- Develop and implement Electrical Sub-System Requirements, breaking down system-level requirements into sub-system requirements.
- Lead the integration of Exponent's products in OEM vehicles, ensuring seamless hardware/software interaction.
- Plan and execute Electrical Testing, overseeing integration and testing of systems, establishing test standards, and ensuring compliance with automotive standards.
- Manage Documentation, planning and executing documentation closures, ensuring all electrical specifications are met.
- Collaborate with OEMs to provide sustenance in the field, troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues as they arise.
Requirements:
- Strong electrical engineering background with a focus on automotive or EV systems.
- Good experience working on electrical hardware, firmware, and software integration.
- Hands-on experience with EV electrical systems, including power electronics, battery management systems, and charging infrastructure.
