Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer Leader

At Bertrandt Ag, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer Leader to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex systems and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of system specifications and technical documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and testing
  • Develop and implement system validation plans
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers to ensure their growth and development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our systems remain competitive
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on automotive systems
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects and teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
