Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine dynamic pricing strategies that balance rider demand and driver supply in real-time.
- Work closely with data science and engineering teams to implement machine learning models that improve pricing decisions.
- Design and execute A/B tests and other analyses to measure and report the performance of released features.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Engage with product squads to understand business needs and define deliverables that meet those needs.
- Strong mathematical-statistical background, with a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Previous experience as a Senior Data Analyst in a data-driven analytics environment, preferably in a tech product organization.
- Exceptional analytical skills, lateral thinking, and proven experience in solving highly challenging problems.
- Advanced expertise in designing digital experiments and analyzing A/B test results.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
