Role Overview

As the PSS Manager, you will oversee the essential operational aspects of both new and existing Partnership Stores across the region. Your focus will be on the creation, execution, and dissemination of processes and strategies that empower local teams to enhance their PSS operations.

This role is crucial for driving the operational growth of Partnership Stores and ensuring that existing locations thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate, implement, and communicate operational strategies and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with various Retail departments to ensure smooth integration of processes and exchange of best practices.
  • Develop store financial models and manage budget preparation based on key financial metrics.
  • Leverage prior experience in managing franchise partners, particularly in the footwear sector.
  • Assist in crafting market strategies for PSS growth and support teams in the evaluation and onboarding of new partners.
  • Engage with buying groups and mall operators to discuss requirements for new store locations.
  • Coordinate with Construction, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing teams to ensure successful store openings.
  • Manage the approval process and contract issuance in collaboration with the Legal Department.
  • Provide forecasts, budgets, and estimates for various stakeholders involved in PSS operations.
  • Oversee communication processes with partners, including store layout guidelines and seasonal training materials.
  • Curate seasonal product assortments for different store formats to align with brand strategies.
  • Ensure effective execution by managing local Partnership Store Coordinators and teams in smaller markets.
  • Distribute retail training focused on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Analyze data to enhance the performance and KPIs of Partnership Stores.
  • Foster strong relationships with country teams and business partners to maximize operational efficiency and alignment.

Skills for Success

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Independent decision-making capability with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally.
  • Proficient in Excel, with advanced skills in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles and budgeting processes.
  • Experience in managing franchise partnerships, especially in the footwear industry.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in another European language is preferred.
