About the Role

Sd Worx is seeking a highly skilled Deal Pricing Specialist to join our Sales Excellence Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing pricing strategies across all sales channels, ensuring accurate and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pricing Execution: Implement pricing changes and promotions in our pricing systems accurately and on schedule, monitoring and verifying the accuracy of pricing updates across all platforms.
  • Collaboration and Support: Provide proactive support and guidance to the sales team to drive new deals and up-sell opportunities, assist with pricing-related inquiries and issues, and manage escalations to senior leadership when applicable.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance pricing processes and system functionalities, participate in projects aimed at improving pricing implementation efficiency and accuracy.
  • Data Management and Analysis: Generate and distribute regular internal pricing performance reports, provide analysis and insights on won and lost past deals, and perform comparative analysis, qualitative analysis, risk analysis, and synergy analysis.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize to meet business needs.
  • Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
  • Program and project management skills.
  • Business partnering and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a deal desk, finance, contracts, sales operations, or revenue role.
  • Thorough understanding of the sales process and ability to navigate and progress long, complex sales cycles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Sales Operations in a software or service company.
  • Experience with SFDC tool.
Location and Reporting

Preferred location: Spain (Malaga / Granada / Barcelona). Reporting to the Commercial Pricing Director.
