About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Manager to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients' leadership teams to understand their key challenges and develop customized IT strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and management of IT implementation and strategy projects
  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to address them
  • Manage and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in IT Strategy and consulting, professional software development or IT project management
  • Relevant experience from a top consulting firm (focused on technology, digital initiatives) and have led the design and management of IT implementation and strategy projects
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Experience with the management of decision processes at C-Level
  • Deep expertise with modern tool-sets in Agile environments, legacy modernization and modern approaches to technology
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to frame complex problems in appropriate business contexts
  • A University degree with above average academic performance in a STEM related field or business management
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
