About the Role

Glaxosmithkline is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director to lead our Global Health Quality Risk Management Program. As a key member of the Global Health Leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive quality risk management program that ensures the highest standards of quality and compliance across our Global Health Unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Global Health Leadership team to enhance quality and compliance performance, identifying and managing inherent and emerging risks associated with the Global Health Strategy.
  • Collaborate with Global Health Line Leaders to foster a risk and quality culture that encourages open communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain a systematic quality risk management program that integrates GSK and RD quality, compliance, and risk management policies and programs into Global Health business processes.
  • Provide objective leadership on matters arising, ensuring that the Internal Control Framework is integrated and compliant with corporate and regulatory standards.
  • Embed quality decision-making into Global Health ways of working, ensuring that the organization is equipped to respond to emerging risks and issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Global Health, Science, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in managing and engaging with senior stakeholders, peers, and teams.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines, policies, and procedures that impact critical aspects of Global Health.
  • Ability to manage a broad variety of projects and priorities, with a high degree of communication and influencing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Global Health or a related discipline.
  • Experience in risk management and quality assurance.
  • Knowledge of drug discovery and/or supply chain processes.
