Key Responsibilities
SALES:
- Stays informed about market trends and serves as a point of contact for both customers and colleagues.

- Handles sensitive customer issues and complaints effectively during the sales process.

PUBLIC RELATIONS:

PRODUCT & VISUAL MERCHANDISING:
- Maintains awareness of market trends and competitor activities.
- Possesses extensive knowledge of merchandise across all product categories.
- Plans and organizes product launches in accordance with the merchandising calendar.
- Ensures window displays are maintained and product presentations comply with company guidelines.
- Maintains shop appearance and product upkeep to meet company standards.
STOCK MANAGEMENT:
- Monitors and orders inventory to align with the store's sales potential.
- Optimizes stock management to ensure efficient inventory levels in accordance with company policies.
- Takes precautions to safeguard valuable products and materials.
- Oversees year-end, sector, and rotational inventory processes, being accountable for results.
PROCEDURES:
- Communicates and ensures proper implementation of company policies.
- Monitors the shop area to prevent theft and loss.
- Collaborates with the Line Manager to manage and report losses.
- Ensures adherence to security protocols.
- Maintains operational efficiency of all shop systems and equipment, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
Candidate Profile
• A strong passion for and significant experience in the fragrance, beauty, or luxury sectors, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of high performance as a Store Manager for a minimum of 5 years.
• Sales-oriented with a customer-focused mindset, highly attuned to customer experience and loyalty.
• A business-minded individual with a strong drive to meet quantitative and qualitative objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
• Demonstrates leadership by example.
• Open-minded, focused, and capable of taking initiative.
• Strong communication skills, a team player, and a decisive individual committed to their responsibilities.
• Proficient analytical and computer skills.
