About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team at All European Careers. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on profitable opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and added value.
  • Project Management: Oversee the progress of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collect and document business requirements to inform project planning and execution.
  • Change Management: Manage change requests and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and facilitate effective communication across teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5-9 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong background in IT project coordination.
  • Skills: Proficiency in analysis and modeling tools, BPMN or UML methodologies, and Enterprise Architect. Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
