- In-Depth Knowledge and Experience in Translating Conceptual User Requirements into Process Models, Specifications, Diagrams, and Product Mock-Ups (TO-BE)
- In-Depth Knowledge and Practice on Business Use Cases and/or User Stories
- In-Depth Knowledge and Experience in Producing and Maintaining Clear and Structured Technical Documents
- Ability to Review IT Deliverables for Their Conformance to the Business/User Requirements
- In-Depth Knowledge and Experience in System Testing (Evolutive Maintenance and Non-Regression)
- Knowledge and Experience in Incident and Problem Management, Including the Ability to Analyze and Solve Them Effectively and Efficiently
- Ability to Cope with Fast-Changing Requirements and Technologies Used in Analysis, Support, Training, and Collaborative Tools
- Capability to Speak to Business and Technical Audiences
- Excellent Critical Thinker, Using Logic and Reasoning to Identify Strengths and Weaknesses of Alternative Solutions
- Strong Capacity to Give High-Level Presentations
- Ability to Apply High-Quality Standards
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Digital Finance and Asset Tokenization (Crypto Assets, Blockchain Technology)
