Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project management methodologies to enhance accessibility and understanding of project management for a portfolio of project managers.
- Monitor and ensure governance and compliance across projects within the portfolio, including status reports, risk and issue management, milestone tracking, and communication.
- Standardize working methods and deliverables across teams, aligning with specific objectives.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process optimization and propose and implement changes.
- Analyze financial KPIs at the portfolio, program, and project levels, presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Effectively manage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, varying levels of seniority, and different time zones.
- Facilitate the structured onboarding of new team members and provide general support and follow-up to the portfolio team as needed.
- Maintain and manage portfolio documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years as a consultant.
- High proficiency in English (min. C1).
- Passionate about project management and technology.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc).
- Knowledge in management tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Jira, Confluence, Service Now, MS Project, Power BI).
- Experience and passion for working in international and multicultural project environments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
