About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products. Your primary focus will be on hands-on quality assurance and product testing, investigating and scoping out software bugs, and developing tools and metrics to help triage software issues and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality assurance and testing of software products

• Investigate and scope out software bugs, identifying root causes and developing solutions

• Develop and maintain tools and metrics to help triage software issues and track KPIs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve key quality issues

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our software products remain competitive

Requirements

• Native knowledge and familiarity with French (from Switzerland or Austria)

• Knowledge of E2E testing and SDLC

• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Understanding of QA software testing

• Easiness with learning about new technologies, software, platforms, and tools

• Experience with web services development, debugging iOS, and version control systems is a plus

• Drive for innovation and a commitment to delivering high-quality results

• Special requirement: holder of a valid working permit for Spain (or EU passport) and available to work full-time onsite
