About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products. Your primary focus will be on quality assurance and product testing, investigating and scoping out software bugs, developing tools and metrics to help triage software issues and track key performance indicators (KPIs), and resolving key quality issues.
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on quality assurance and product testing to ensure the highest quality of our software products.
- Investigate and scope out software bugs to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
- Develop tools and metrics to help triage software issues and track KPIs.
- Resolve key quality issues to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
Requirements
- Native knowledge and familiarity with French (from Switzerland).
- Knowledge about End-to-End (E2E) testing and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Flexibility to respond and react to changing priorities quickly and efficiently.
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of QA software testing principles and methodologies.
- Easiness with learning about new technologies, software, platforms, and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Comfortable working in a Mac environment and experience with Xcode.
- Experience with web services development and client-server environments.
- Familiarity with debugging iOS and version control systems such as Git.
- Drive for innovation and a passion for delivering high-quality software products.
