About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Personal Voice Assistant software.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on quality assurance and product testing to identify and report defects

• Investigate and scope out software bugs to ensure timely resolution

• Develop tools and metrics to help triage software issues and track key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve key quality issues

About You

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in software testing and quality assurance. You should have:

• Native knowledge and familiarity with English

• Experience with End-to-End (E2E) testing and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Understanding of QA software testing principles and methodologies

• Ability to learn new technologies, software, and platforms quickly

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
