Business Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Controller to join our team at Affinity Petcare. As a Business Controller, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability by providing financial insights and analysis to support informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor financial performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
- Support the planning and budgeting process to ensure accurate forecasting and financial planning
- Provide ad-hoc financial information and analysis to support business decisions
- Collaborate with the commercial organization to develop business cases and ad-hoc analysis
- Manage and lead the P&L account of Portugal, ensuring compliance with accounting principles
- Degree in Business Administration or Economics
- At least 2 years of working experience in a finance controller or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and an understanding of the bigger picture
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to stakeholders
- Team player with a results-oriented mindset
