Overview
- This is an exciting opportunity to join a renowned company, Ralph Lauren, as a key member of the Human Resources team.
- As a P&D Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the People Associate in various administrative tasks, including systems administration, data management, and project coordination.
- Responsibilities will also include providing recommendations for system support challenges, communicating learning tools, and managing documents.
- You will also be involved in invoice and administration tasks, as well as supporting the Onboarding and Exit processes.
- Additionally, you will partner with the People Lead on ad hoc projects and support the recruitment process by keeping the applicant tracking system up to date.
- Another key aspect of this role is promoting a strong and diverse talent pool, both internally and externally, to bring new ideas and fresh perspectives to the company.
- You will also support contracts management and actively drive specific communication initiatives, such as philanthropy.
- Lastly, you will engage the business in Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, philanthropic events, and community programs to improve the company culture.
Requirements
Who We're Looking For
- A passionate individual with a strong interest in people and human resources.
- A Master's degree program or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Labour Relations is required.
- Advanced computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint, and familiarity with HRIS systems, are essential.
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills are also necessary.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.
- English is a must, and other languages are a plus.
