Energy Storage Project Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Storage Project Development Manager to join our team at REDEN. As a key member of our energy storage team, you will be responsible for developing utility-scale battery storage projects, managing partnerships with external development entities, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Development: Lead the development of utility-scale battery storage projects, managing each phase up to the Ready-to-Build milestone.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with key stakeholders such as grid operators, local authorities, landowners, and the wider public.
- Site Analysis and Due Diligence: Conduct high-level site analysis, support due diligence processes, and contribute actively to the acquisition of projects within the portfolio.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Stay up to date with regulatory changes and market reforms related to battery storage in Spain.
- Collaboration: Serve as the primary interface between external partners, REDEN Iberia, and the wider REDEN Group support functions.
- Document Management: Prepare and manage all relevant documents, both for internal purposes within the REDEN Group and for external stakeholders.
This position involves national and international travel, which will account for 30-40% of your time. We offer a friendly, caring, ethical, committed, and professional environment in a fast-growing Group focused on energy transition on an international scale.
