You will join the team selling Amazon Shipping services and will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline of the largest companies in Spain, detecting opportunities, negotiating with external companies, and closing sales. Additionally, you will collect market segment and customer insights to improve the product and delight Amazon customers.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Be part of the organization's leadership team and help implement the overall strategy and direction.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong top-level relationships with potential future strategic customers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with operations, product, and tech leaders to manage the program and build a product that fits the needs of customers.
- Dive Deep: Measure performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and lead the team to address them.
- Business Development: Bring new customers to Amazon, develop the volume of shipping packages, ensure good conversion rate, and do it with profitability in mind.
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or sales.
- Experience: Experience in business development, sales, and account management.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Strong Ownership: Strong ownership and deliver results.
- Excellent Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively advise senior leadership.
- Goal-Oriented: Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in setting and achieving goals.
- Language Skills: Professional in Spanish and English.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the B2C logistics industry.
- Technical Skills: Expert use of MS Office Suite, CRM, sales and marketing automation tools, eLearning tools.
- Database Management: Experience in working with databases (SQL, Amazon Redshift).
