About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Infinitec Activos 9033. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing cross-business line projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
  • Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress against them.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, production, and regulatory to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Identify and manage project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related areas.
  • Profound knowledge of biochemistry and organic chemistry, preferably in the research and production of peptides and proteins.
  • Profound knowledge of lab and production scale equipment and its use for production of peptides and peptide-related Delivery System technologies and products.
  • Profound knowledge of cosmetic and pharmaceutical Delivery System technologies.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience working with intercultural and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of project management software and tools.
