Role Overview:
As the In-App Publisher Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships with global in-app publishers. Utilizing your sales expertise and existing network within the gaming and in-app sectors, you will drive new partnerships and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Reporting directly to the VP of Global In-App Supply, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of sales strategies and facilitate the smooth transition of new clients into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forge new relationships and leverage existing connections to secure deals with leading gaming and in-app studios.
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Global In-App Supply to monitor, report, and analyze a robust pipeline of partnerships.
- Educate publishers on industry developments and demonstrate how our product offerings address their challenges.
- Formulate intricate sales strategies to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Negotiate commercial terms and resolve contractual issues to finalize agreements.
- Work in tandem with the Publisher Success teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to long-term development and nurturing.
- Represent and promote Ogury at industry events and relevant conferences.
Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, consulting, investment banking, or related analytical roles.
- Prior experience in high-growth technology startups and the advertising sector is preferred.
- Proven ability to persuade and influence internal and external C-suite partners.
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated history of complex deal-making, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to persuade at senior organizational levels.
- Analytical and strategic thinker, creative problem solver, resourceful, and capable of initiating change while motivating innovation.
- Good technical understanding of SDK integration and head bidding.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and BI Tools.
- Possess a proactive mindset: motivated to work diligently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
