As the Workplace Manager for our Madrid office, you'll play a critical role in shaping our office culture and ensuring we provide exceptional service to our employees, customers, and guests.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Events and Community Engagement: Oversee events and community programs, including in-person and digital tactics, to foster a sense of community and connection among employees.
  • Communication and Hospitality: Manage building and community-related communications, ensuring employees receive timely and warm responses to their questions and interactions with your team are hallmarks of strong customer experience.
  • Building Operations: Be the primary point of contact for building management, cleaning and maintenance staff, and other vendors, setting and holding staff to standards, and conducting regular walk-throughs and check-ins.
  • Small Capital Projects and Moves: Manage all aspects of small projects in the office, executing work on time and on budget.
  • Vendor Management: Own and manage vendor relationships, analyzing data on past performance and patterns to identify areas for improvement.
  • Workplace Support: Provide receptionist and hospitality-focused tasks on an interim basis while we evaluate office utilization during our Return to the Office (RTO) effort.
