- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Power BI, Excel, Python, etc.) with a clear 'insights to action' orientation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Ability to write and present clearly and persuasively.
