About the Role

Celonis is seeking a highly skilled Campaign Manager to join our Integrated Marketing team. As a key member of our global marketing organization, you will be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, generate, and accelerate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver integrated global marketing campaigns that support business objectives and fuel established growth KPIs.
  • Manage the creation and activation of global and regional campaign assets, tools, and targeted content to build awareness, drive demand generation, and arm the GTM teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional peers in field marketing, partner marketing, content, PR and communications, digital marketing, and product marketing, as well as sales and business development teams.
  • Partner with marketing operations to define, report, and interpret campaign results, leveraging analytical insights to drive effective decisions and corrective action.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of related demand generation or marketing experience; in the tech industry preferred.
  • Proven experience building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns based on a foundation of data and analysis.
  • Strong project management skills, including production schedules, stakeholder coordination, budgets, and agency/vendor oversight.
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • French native level, Fluent in English.
