Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical System Installation Design Engineer to join our team at Airbus Defence and Space SAU. As a key member of our Engineering Department, you will be responsible for designing and validating electrical harnesses and equipment installations for our aircraft systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and validate electrical harnesses and equipment installations in accordance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into our aircraft.
  • Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, including schematics, diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety and performance requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve our design processes and products.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in electrical design engineering, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, including circuit design, wiring harnesses, and electrical installation methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, with German or French as an asset.
