Electrical System Installation Specialist

At SOGECLAIR DIGITAL ENGINEERING, we are seeking an experienced Electrical System Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and installing electrical systems for aircraft. Your expertise in electrical systems and harness routing will be essential in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Definition of 3D routings for electrical harnesses in aircraft
  • Compliance with harness installation requirements on aircraft
  • Deploy and maintain databases on electrical components and parts lists
  • Design to Cost analysis to optimize designs
  • Harness detailed design: flattening and BOM for manufacturing

Requirements:
  • Engineer (University/Higher education degree) or Technical Specialist (Certificate of Higher Education (HNC) or Vocational Education and Training (VET))
  • Minimum level of English: B1
  • Knowledge of EWIS rules is imperative
  • Knowledge in reading and understanding Electrical Wiring Diagrams to perform the harnesses definition and suggest optimizations in the electrical integration
