Construction Manager

As a key member of our Spanish Datacenter team, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the construction process, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and subcontractors
  • Coordinate construction activities with our on-site engineers and subcontractors
  • Manage internal project stakeholders and ensure effective communication
  • Oversee operations prior to acceptance and commissioning
  • Drive financial and timing aspects of the construction process

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong technical background and excellent interpersonal skills. As a Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial building construction projects, you will be able to bring a high level of expertise to our team.

Our company is an international Design and Build group specializing in complex buildings, with a strong focus on turnkey construction, renovation, and extension projects in the Datacenter, Critical Utilities, Industry & Cleanrooms, Wines, Spirits & Agri-Foods sectors.
