As a Cloud Solutions Client Consultant, your primary objective will be to enhance Broadcom's subscription licensing revenue by empowering service providers to expand their service offerings to a broader customer base.
Key Performance Outcomes for the First Year:
- Collaborate effectively within an international team environment.
- Develop a partner strategy for the Iberian region in conjunction with VMware Cloud Services Sales Partners, with accountability for quarterly sales targets across various VMware solutions, including perpetual and SaaS offerings.
- Establish deep, consultative relationships with partners, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who understands their business objectives and aligns them with VMware solutions.
- Confidently present Broadcom's value proposition, technologies, strategies, and product roadmaps to stakeholders at all levels, including executives and technical teams.
- Build strong working relationships with Broadcom specialists, sales leadership, professional services, and Cloud/Hosting Partners.
Regular Responsibilities:
- Travel approximately 30% of the time to meet with current and prospective partners and attend internal and partner events.
- Provide technical expertise to help partners understand how Broadcom can assist them in achieving their business objectives. Design and sell solutions based on the Broadcom portfolio to address partners' needs.
- Coordinate with various internal teams, including Client Executives, Product Specialists, Inside Representatives, Field Marketing, Professional Services, and Channel Management, as well as external partners.
- Focus on a designated set of partners where Broadcom emphasizes consumption and outcome-oriented selling.
- Engage in internal collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent presentation skills, including proficiency in software demonstrations.
- Demonstrated understanding of business and IT management.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Willingness to travel across Europe as needed (up to 15%).
- Experience in infrastructure architecture design, implementation, troubleshooting, or operations.
- Familiarity with VMware Cloud Foundation Platform and automation solutions, including but not limited to Cloud Director and vRealize Orchestrator.
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of the Service Provider business.
- Experience in networking design.
- Familiarity with next-generation applications.
- Experience with public cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS).
