Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team in the Mediterranean region. As a key business partner, you will be responsible for monitoring financial planning and analysis, internal control, and financial operations within the region.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide operational support to stores and ensure a strong level of internal control and local regulations.
- Guarantee a high level of internal control within the region, perform regular operational reviews, and implement action plans.
- Continuously improve procedures within the region, fostering a positive business mindset.
- Ensure compliance with major Group and local internal control frameworks.
- Perform monthly key internal controls, including sensitive transactions, payments, and inventory.
- Optimize regional profitability, bringing new ideas and a proactive spirit.
- Close follow-up of operational expenses and provide detailed budget and costs follow-up to each head office department.
- Guarantee a fluid purchasing process in line with LV standards and budget.
- Maintain a contingency plan, analyze costs risk, and opportunities.
- Support regional teams through financial planning and business analysis.
- Follow-up of retail activities, KPIs, and financial operations.
- Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Controller in a multinational company, ideally in the retail sector.
- Strong internal control and audit experience is a plus for the Mediterranean region.
- Client-oriented, autonomous, and business-supportive attitude, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly results-oriented, dynamic, positive, and proactive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility in dealing with stakeholders in a regional multicultural context.
- Teamwork, collaboration, and hands-on attitude.
- Luxury retail industry awareness.
- Advanced analytical and computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Basis of SAP and Syrus-Magnitude knowledge is a plus.
- Power-BI knowledge is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English and other languages is a strong plus, especially Spanish or Turkish.
