Financial Controller Job Description

Moco Museum is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to oversee the financial management of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement cycle, including supplier registration, purchase order validation, and invoice control.
  • Oversee the accounting process, including financial reporting and budget preparation.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies to support the museum's mission.
  • Manage the financial aspects of the museum's operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Spanish accounting principles and practices.
  • Proactivity, transparency, and decision-making capacity.
  • Proficiency in online accounting software and MS Office.
  • High level of English proficiency.
