Internship Opportunities

During your internship, you will learn the following tasks:

  • To ensure quality of the accommodation and a high level of the gastronomic offer.
  • To review the evolution of the bookings.
  • To follow up the satisfaction to client results and on-line reputation according to the standards established by the central department.
  • To lead the different departments teams of the hotel, coordinating all the hotel departments and ensuring adequate service.
  • To prepare annual budget.
  • To attend special visits and inspections and represent the hotel in the presence of authorities.
  • To coordinate with the purchase department to ensure the appropriate supply of the hotel.
Requirements

You will need to be studying a Bachelor degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management or a Master in Hospitality Management.

Your internship will ideally be six months long.

High level of English is required, other languages are a plus. Spanish is not required but German can be for some destinations.

Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and passion for hospitality.
