Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner Pricing EMEA to join our Pricing Center of Excellence team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for owning and supporting the development and maintenance of pricing processes and solutions, driving real and sustained pricing performance while complying with EMEA pricing policy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and support the maintenance and enhancements of pricing processes and solutions, acting as a subject matter expert and providing user support and training to the internal pricing team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners, to develop and implement pricing strategies and solutions.
  • Evaluate and improve pricing tools and processes, ensuring they are easy to use and deliver value to customers and the company.
  • Own the business requirement gathering process for assigned technical projects, supporting business stakeholders and ensuring that requirements are clearly defined and met.
  • Bridge the functional and technical understanding of pricing processes and solutions, providing expertise and guidance to stakeholders.
  • Support technology integration and data management, working closely with the IS department and external partners.
  • Coordinate maintenance and user support processes of owned products, delivering a best-in-class user experience.
  • Project management skills: plan, prioritize, execute, and monitor projects and change activities to achieve specified outcomes within a clearly defined timeframe.
  • Proactive thinking: anticipate needs and drive necessary activities to execute.

Requirements

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and Jira is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of pricing processes and solutions, including pricing policy and strategy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and improve pricing tools and processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.

About the Role

This role is part of the Pricing Center of Excellence team, which is responsible for creating and maintaining EMEA pricing policy, building processes and solutions to support its execution, and monitoring divisional pricing strategies. The team shares best practices across the organization, drives price awareness, and aims to be the go-to team for any pricing topic within it.
