Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Owner to join our EMEA Pricing Center of Excellence team at Boston Scientific Gruppe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning and supporting the development and maintenance of infrastructure within the pricing pillar, driving real and sustained pricing performance while complying with EMEA pricing policy.
Key Responsibilities:- Pricing Process Management: Own and support the maintenance and enhancements of pricing processes and solutions, acting as escalated user support and user training for the internal pricing team in coordination with the Pricing Intern and junior PO.
- Technology and Innovation: Comfortable working with different technologies and quick-learner in new tech projects to improve and automate business strategies, evaluating and improving tools to ensure they are easy to use and deliver value to our customers and to BSC.
- Business Requirements Gathering: Own the Business Requirement gathering process for assigned technical projects, supporting Business – both from divisions as well as from the CoE.
- Functional and Technical Understanding: Bridge the functional and technical understanding for Divisions, CoE and IS department.
- Technology Integration and Data Management: Support technology integration and data management, working in close coordination with the IS department, Global project teams and external 3rd parties to develop, enhance and roll out technologies and processes.
- User Support and Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance & user support processes of owned products to deliver the best user experience.
- Project Management: Demonstrates the discipline of planning, prioritizing, executing and monitoring projects and change activities to achieve specified outcomes within a clearly defined timeframe, with experience working with Agile methodologies and Jira a plus.
- Proactive Thinking: Anticipates needs and actions needed on process and technologies and drives necessary activities to execute.
