We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our B2B product team. The successful candidate will be part of a talented team of product managers with the mission of defining and owning the B2B product roadmap.
We are looking for a natural product leader that will bring value to Hotelbeds. Agility, adaptability, determination, resilience, communication and relational skills, analytical skills are the key success factors for this role.
Job Responsibilities- Product Vision: Detect needs from stakeholders and propose improvements to drive business growth.
- Agile Team Management: Manage initiatives within an Agile team, detecting dependencies and coordinating them to meet deadlines.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate and manage expectations with stakeholders, reporting on timings and functionality.
- Incident Management: Manage incidents that are escalated to you, ensuring timely resolution.
- Tool Management: Manage tools that the team needs, coordinating business case acceptance, budget proposal, and invoice payment.
- 4+ years of proven success in product, technical, or operational role, preferably in travel industries.
- Technical fluency to work effectively with engineers to assess, integrate, and manage third-party APIs (especially in travel).
- Experience acting as product owner in scrum team, aligning and enabling teams to deliver with speed, quality, and ownership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (+ Spanish preferred).
- A passion for building a good working environment.
- Experience of working in an extremely data-driven environment with a focus on measuring success.
- Experience working with large datasets in a technical capacity (e.g. using SQL, python, Tableau, etc.) and generating Dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI...) would be a plus.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and switch context between business-critical initiatives quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with high situational awareness.
