The Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Controller to join our HR Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing HR budgets and cash flow analysis, ensuring timely completion of tasks and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage master data of Human Resources across the entire Group, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  2. Act as a liaison between HR Departments (national and international) to consolidate HR data and provide support as needed.
  3. Support the HR Budget, last estimated and Forecast at group level, to ensure proper completion within deadlines and objectives.
  4. Contribute to internal projects, such as process optimization, digitalization, and compensation projects.
  5. Develop and maintain personnel cost and headcount planning, as well as regular variance analysis.

Requirements

  1. University degree in Economics, Business Administration, HR, Finance, or related discipline.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Controller.
  3. English language proficiency at C1 level.
  4. Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) mandatory. SAP knowledge is a plus.
  5. Success Factors.
