About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Vendor Growth Specialist to join our Implementation Management Team. As a key member of our team, you'll support our Vendor Management team in executing deals and partnerships with vendors. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Vendor Managers during the negotiation and closing process
  • Preparing and leading training for new users to ensure a seamless onboarding process
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to ensure clients are optimizing the product for maximum benefit
  • Sharing vendor learnings and feedback with product and marketing teams to drive activities toward acquisition and engagement
  • Collaborating with the Restaurant Sales team to share opportunities and insights

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a project management role
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Experience in both internal and external stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to internal and external partners
