About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Service & Support Specialist to join our international team at Schwarz Dienstleistung Kg. As a key member of our Service & Support department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR Systems, particularly in the SAP HCM & Success Factors platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to our HR Keyusers and HR Business Solutions Experts colleagues from Lidl, Kaufland, and other companies in the Schwarz Group.
- Analyze, document, and process incoming error tickets, prioritizing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with specialist departments and internal and external development teams to ensure seamless support processes.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to local support departments, enhancing their knowledge and skills in SAP HCM.
- Continuously optimize support processes and operations to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proactively manage problems to prevent long-term disruptions in HR Systems, serving as the primary point of contact for application support.
Requirements
- University degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in support tasks or IT projects, with a strong background in SAP HCM.
- Excellent knowledge of Support Ticketing Systems and ITIL principles.
- Fluent English and German language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Results-oriented, adaptable, and flexible, with a 'can-do' attitude and a passion for process optimization.
