About the Role

As a Service Desk Coordinator at Amaris, you will be the primary point of contact for end-users, market stakeholders, and management, providing technical support and resolving incidents in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize a large workload, ensuring that all incidents and requests are resolved within agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams, including development teams, project management, business excellence, operations, IT infrastructure, and market IT teams, to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Investigate and resolve root causes of incidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with 3rd party service providers, ensuring that SLAs are met and any breaches are addressed promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on incident status and resolution.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Incident and problem management experience in a large organization, with knowledge of ITIL principles and practices.
  • Technical skills in IT infrastructure, middleware, and eCommerce.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, with French and/or Spanish a plus.
