Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to join our team as Vice President, Human Resources. This role will be responsible for providing strategic HR support and program implementation across multiple businesses and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead HR strategies, processes, policies, systems, and metrics across the organization with a global scope.
  • Manage the human resources annual operating plan and budget based on each year's top priorities driven by business needs.
  • Ensure the company's HR function is aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Partner with and influence clients at the EVP and SVP level.
  • Assess and monitor current and future HR processes, systems, and operational needs to ensure best-in-class delivery and process efficiencies.
  • Drive global strategies and initiatives by exercising significant governance oversight in multiple areas.
  • Lead a team of Directors, Managers, and Senior Individual Contributors for a business function and/or region.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a global organization.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex HR issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
