**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Compliance Specialist with expertise in international compliance, particularly in the EMEA region, to manage direct tax compliance and develop processes that drive efficiency and accuracy.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare comprehensive support documentation for the review of the group's tax compliance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Track and manage the timely submission of the group's tax compliance, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a database of local tax positions for group companies, identifying timing and permanent differences, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare support documentation for group auditors, providing clear and concise information to facilitate a smooth audit process.
  • Store all returns and tax work files of the group, maintaining a secure and organized digital repository.
  • Assist the Accounting team with tax accounting inquiries, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Monitor new tax compliance requirements in different regions, staying up-to-date with changing regulations and ensuring the group's compliance.
  • Handle balance due payments and balance in favor recoveries, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Support in preparing the IFRS quarterly global tax provision, working closely with the Accounting team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
