Key Responsibilities- Excellence in Operability: Maintain exceptional operability in all assigned solutions, including instruments, reagents, and software, by executing procedures for preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance.
- Client Communication & Collaboration: Build and maintain excellent communication and proactive collaboration with clients, keeping them informed about reagent updates and quality controls, and implementing new protocols to enhance their experience.
- Activity Reporting: Use CRM to report all activities conducted remotely or on-site, ensuring detailed documentation of technical characteristics and updates as required.
- Commercial Support: Work closely with the Commercial Area to address customer needs and support sales of solutions and service offerings.
- High Education Training or Bachelor's Degree in Technical or Higher Engineering, Health Sciences, or similar.
- Fluent level of Spanish.
- Geographic mobility within the national territory.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Teamwork and stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Roche's product and/or service portfolio.
