Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client relationships, managing key senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee cross-departmental forecasting, budgeting, and financial oversight.
  • Ensure quality control of agency deliverables, including responses to briefs and project execution.
  • Foster strong relationships with agency partners and key media owners.
  • Coordinate internal projects synergistically at both local and international levels.
  • Collaborate with the team to drive ongoing transformation towards a consumer-centric, data-driven planning approach.
  • Ensure that ideas are innovative, impactful, and align with our clients' brand objectives in a dynamic media landscape.
  • Manage creative and media coordination efforts.
  • Provide leadership and manage team dynamics.

Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations, with at least 10 years of experience in media planning strategy.
  • Possesses native-level proficiency in Spanish.
  • Has a strong understanding of the dynamics within the Spanish media landscape.
  • Consistently drives self and others towards achieving results.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficient in English (C1 or higher).
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; dynamic, adaptable, and proactive.
