Department Manager LG Job Description

At Christian Dior Couture, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Manager LG to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our boutique, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Collaborate with the Store Manager to coach, develop, and evaluate the performance of sales team members.
  • Department Leadership: Lead the department team through briefing, goal setting, training, and feedback sharing to create a team spirit and drive sales growth.
  • Sales and Customer Management: Maximize sales results and performance indicators on product categories, stimulating sales through a deep understanding of luxury and fashion.
  • Product Supervision: Coordinate and monitor product category performances, analyze reports, and develop action plans to drive business growth.
  • Procedure Monitoring: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, instruct and supervise staff in operating procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proactivity: Demonstrate a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and improving team performance.
  • Leadership: Showcase leadership skills, including goal-oriented mindset, problem-solving capability, and excellent communication skills.
