Olala Homes is an innovative technology-driven real estate management and hospitality firm headquartered in Barcelona. We are part of a hospitality group that oversees over 1200 accommodation units, including short-term rentals, hotels, and other distinctive stays, across various regions in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Our mission is to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences while promoting a sustainable and stylish approach to travel. Since our inception in 2014, we have expanded our operations to 17 cities and continue to grow in diverse markets worldwide by offering travelers smart and stylish accommodations along with high-quality service.
Your RoleWe are looking for a motivated, creative, and enthusiastic Customer Care Intern to join our team. In this role, you will primarily focus on delivering outstanding customer service and will report directly to the Customer Care Supervisor. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in the vacation rental sector and contribute to the rapid growth of our organization.
Your Responsibilities- Deliver professional, timely, and friendly support to guests by actively listening and responding in ways that exceed their expectations.
- Identify and resolve issues using available resources effectively.
- Address inquiries and manage guest requests through various communication channels, including phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Propose innovative strategies to enhance sales and improve the overall customer experience.

What You Bring- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent negotiation abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday during specified hours.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, along with a third language (Portuguese, Greek, or French) is essential.
