The Challenge

We're seeking a Strategic Sourcing Senior Analyst to join our Global Source-to-Pay organization and support our Strategic Sourcing function. Our team helps maximize value from our vendor relationships, ensuring our internal business partners have the products, tools, and services they need to succeed.

Your Mission
  • Lead contract reviews and negotiations across 3rd party spend categories to secure favorable business terms, including cost reduction and process improvements.
  • Perform total cost of ownership evaluations, supply-market research, and pricing audits to pursue continuous cost improvements.
  • Lead QBRs with suppliers and business stakeholders to obtain optimal strategic outcomes.
  • Measure, handle, and improve supplier performance against negotiated SLAs and quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Third-Party Risk Management team to identify and mitigate vendor risks.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead spend management projects to achieve key objectives, including savings, process effectiveness, supplier consolidation, risk reduction, and improved transparency.
  • Execute work streams to align acquired vendor bases to our standards, including renegotiating or consolidating supplier agreements.
  • Support the TPRM team in managing internal and external expectations during vendor risk assessments.
