Job Title: Senior IT Procurement and Sourcing Manager

Nexthink is the leader in digital employee experience management software. As a Senior IT Procurement and Sourcing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our procurement processes, driving cost savings, optimizing vendor relationships, and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sourcing activities related to IT and other spend categories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategic sourcing process for IT-related products and services, including hardware, software, and cloud solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, negotiating favorable terms and conditions to optimize value and minimize risk.
  • Drive the negotiation of enterprise agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), and contracts with enterprise vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and cost avoidance through effective negotiation strategies, volume consolidation, and vendor performance management.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including IT leadership, legal, finance, and business units, to understand their requirements and align sourcing activities with business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to inform sourcing strategies and identify new opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process efficiencies and evaluate and enhance sourcing processes, tools, and methodologies to drive effectiveness and scalability.

This role is hybrid, requiring regular office presence. If you are a seasoned IT sourcing professional with a proven track record in negotiating enterprise agreements, P2P process reengineering, and system implementation experience, we encourage you to apply.
