**Senior Buyer Role at Saica Group**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Buyer to join our team at Saica Group. As a Senior Buyer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our procurement processes, driving cost savings, and improving supplier relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Procurement Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, ensuring compliance with our procurement procedures.
- Supplier Management: Lead and manage relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements that meet our business needs.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives to drive continuous improvement in our procurement processes.
- KPI Management: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the function is meeting its objectives.
- Contract Management: Collaborate with the Legal Director to define and implement specific contract models that meet our business needs.
Requirements:
- Qualifications and Education: A STEM degree is required.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a technical buyer in a multinational industrial company.
Language Skills: Fluency in English and French is required.
Additional Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, creativity, dynamic, resistance to pressure and stress, and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Other Requirements: Knowledge of SAP SRM/MM, availability to travel across Europe, and possibility of short-term expatriation in any Saica's country.
