ESG Policy and Controls Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Policy and Controls Analyst to join our Global Controlling organization at TE Connectivity. As a key member of our team, you will report to the Senior Manager, ESG Reporting & Controls, and be responsible for developing and managing TE's Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- ESG Policy Development: Create and maintain ESG policies, procedures, instructions, directives, templates, and other published guidance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Change Management: Guide stakeholders through the pre-defined change management process for revising currently published ESG related policies and controls documents.
- Business Partnerships: Establish effective business partnerships within the Global Finance, Legal, and ESG teams to ensure an aligned, properly prioritized, and holistic approach to ESG compliance.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement actions and mindset within the ESG organization and other functions and businesses across the corporation.
- Learning Program Development: Construct and sustain a learning program for various stakeholders and functions to ensure ESG awareness and compliance.
- Automated Controls: Identify requirements for automated controls and compliance measures to enhance ESG performance.
- Regulatory Guidance: Provide strategic thought leadership and regulatory guidance to functional stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, sustainability, law, finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant work experience in managing corporate policies and procedures or related to ESG topics.
- Skills: Knowledge of ESG related regulations, experience training employees on policies, processes, and automation tools, and excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Language: Impeccable English language skills, verbal and written.
- Competencies: Building Effective Teams, Motivating Others, Managing and Measuring Work, and Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork.
