Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with students and franchises, providing exceptional support.
  2. Stay up-to-date on our latest courses and campaigns, ensuring seamless communication.
  3. Address questions and doubts about our services, providing accurate information.
  4. Organize workflow, set personal goals, and schedule call-backs to ensure efficient service.
  5. Represent the EBS brand worldwide, embodying our values and mission.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express oneself clearly and effectively.
  2. Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience, with a strong background in B2B and B2C interactions.
  3. Full working proficiency in German and English, with any additional European language being a plus.
  4. Understanding of EBS products or first-hand experience of an EBS course.
  5. Experience with Windows operating systems and CRM systems, including Salesforce.
  6. Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
